Privacy policy
This policy explains how we handle files and data while using the platform.
Who is responsible for this policy?
Infinity Converter is the project that determines how this site and its request flows operate in this release. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to v.infinityconverter@gmail.com.
File processing
Converter tools that require uploads create a temporary per-request workspace on the Infinity Converter server. Files are used to perform the requested operation and the workspace is cleaned when the request finishes. The current converter path does not call an external third-party conversion API; installed server tools perform the conversion. Some browser tools run entirely on your device and do not upload their content.
Infinity AI is separate from conversion files
Infinity AI sends the text you type in its assistant box to an external AI provider. Uploaded conversion files are not automatically sent to the assistant. Do not paste confidential or personal data into an AI prompt unless you are comfortable with that text being processed by the AI provider.
Technical logs
Infrastructure may record operational and security data such as request time, route, response code, IP address, or request ID for protection, diagnosis, and abuse prevention. We do not invent a fixed retention period that has not been configured and verified; hosting logs may follow infrastructure-provider settings.
Google advertising
If Google advertising is enabled, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies based on your prior visits to this site or other websites. Google advertising cookies can allow Google and its partners to serve ads that may be based on those visits where law and consent settings permit. Web beacons, IP addresses, and similar identifiers may also be used to serve and measure advertising. See How Google uses data when you use partners’ sites or apps. You can manage or opt out of ad personalisation through Google Ads Settings.
Consent in regulated regions
When personalised ads are served to users in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, Google requires a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB TCF. This must be configured through the advertising/consent setup; this paragraph alone does not activate or satisfy that requirement.
Your choices and requests
You may ask about data directly controlled by the project, or request correction/deletion where it can reasonably be identified, by emailing v.infinityconverter@gmail.com. Some technical logs may be controlled by the hosting provider rather than an Infinity Converter account database.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13. Where local law requires a higher age for data-consent purposes, the service should be used with appropriate guardian involvement or as required by local law.
